At the hospital, the lactation consultants may be off duty or perhaps the staff isn't providing the knowledge you need.

I'm available to provide guidance in a peaceful and relaxing way.

In depth discussion on your feeding goals
Breast pump flange fitting
A checklist of lactation skills to be proficient in, prior to hospital discharge.

Receive guidence for latching, positioning

and managing your milk supply.

We'll discuss developing a sustainable routine to get the rest you need and find comfortable places in your home to feed your baby.

Located at 1276 Bald Hill Rd. Warwick. They offer a variety of Prenatal and postpartum classes and workshops.

Located at 215 Cottage St. Pawtucket. Perinatal health which is family centered, patient driven and community initiated. Offers classes and support.

Located in Narragansett, support from pregnancy to 4th trimester facilitated by two doulas.

Located at 1417 Atwood Ave. Johnston. Provides a wide range of support groups, fitness classes and education from pregnancy to postpartum.

Ri libraries offer many free programs such as Storytimes for 0-2 years, Tummy Time sessions and more.
