The first few days of breastfeeding can be challenging.
At the hospital, the lactation consultants may be off duty or perhaps the staff isn't providing the knowledge you need.
I'm available to provide guidance in a peaceful and relaxing way.
This package includes:
- A hospital visit
- In depth discussion on your feeding goals
- Breast pump flange fitting
- A checklist of lactation skills to be proficient in, prior to hospital discharge.

You've been discharged from the hospital and you need breast feeding help - this is for you!
Receive guidence for latching, positioning
and managing your milk supply.
We'll discuss developing a sustainable routine to get the rest you need and find comfortable places in your home to feed your baby.
This package includes:
- A home visit at your convenience
- In depth discussion on your feeding goals
- Breast pump flange fitting

Prenatal Breastfeeding Education
Many families do a birth plan; how about a postpartum plan?
Together we can discuss everything you want to know about breastfeeding There is so much to learn and understand, and much easier to comprehend before your baby arrives. Our session is tailored to your goals and lifestyle.

As an alternative, these online classes are free. I encourage prenatal breastfeeding education to become familiar with the process and vocabulary
of lactation!

Located at 1276 Bald Hill Rd. Warwick. They offer a variety of Prenatal and postpartum classes and workshops.
Urban Perinatal Center
Located at 215 Cottage St. Pawtucket. Perinatal health which is family centered, patient driven and community initiated. Offers classes and support.
Southern RI Parents Circle
Located in Narragansett, support from pregnancy to 4th trimester facilitated by two doulas.

Local Libraries
Ri libraries offer many free programs such as Storytimes for 0-2 years, Tummy Time sessions and more.
it's a great way to get out of the house and meet new friends.
